CPR and First Aid Training Saturday, January 23, 2010, 9AM-Noon

Choi TKD Seminar Series and Chicago's Pulse CPR Training, Inc. present - an American Heart Association approved Heart Saver CPR course.

This course teaches you how to recognize an emergency. A mixture of adult, child and infant CPR techniques are taught in addition to rescue techniques for choking victims. Delegates are also taught how to protect themselves by use of barrier devices.

Completion of this three hour course leads to the trainee being certified for two years in accordance with American Heart Association's guidelines. A fully validated certification card is issued to all attendees at the end of the course.
